- Paternity - Attorney Hughes represents either party in proceedings to determine or dispute paternity. He also handles any child support or visitation (time sharing) concerns that arise as a result of a determination of paternity.
- Child Support - The firm will help you put together a parenting plan and time sharing schedule, as well as completing the statutory guideline worksheet for the determination of child support. Attorney Hughes will also review any proposed child support agreements to ensure that all relevant income is included in the calculation.
